How to Order

To place your order, click on the links to enter our online store and view our extensive range of floral gifts and tributes for all occasions.
With the exception of International and Republic of Ireland, all other departments offer delivery to the United Kingdom only.
Select the section you wish to view and browse through the store until you have decided what you want to order.
Before actually placing your order, however, you should click on the link to the Terms and Conditions Page. Read these carefully, and only proceed with the order if you accept them.
To place an order you must confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Do not confirm unless you have read the terms and conditions.
After viewing Terms & Conditions, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the store page.
At this point you will be presented with a calendar which will display the available delivery dates for your chosen product. You will then be requested to enter a card message to accompany your flowers. Please note that you will not be able to proceed with the order if you don't enter a card message. If it is your intention to have no card message please enter "NO MESSAGE" in this field. Also, if you don't provide a signature on the card message, unless the rest of the card message is sufficient to identify you to the recipient, please be aware that this may cause distress and concern to the recipient. After entering this information, click the "Order Now" button for the product you wish to send.
The product will be added to your Shopping Cart, and you will then be returned to the store where you may select other items to add to your cart.
Please note however, that all products ordered during one visit must be for delivery on the same date and to the same address, although you may specify more than one recipient at that address. If you wish to send flowers to another address, or on a different date, you must complete the initial order first, and then procss a new order for the addinational address or date.
At any time during your visit, you may check the contents of your Shopping Basket, and amend or remove any item in the basket. When you are satisfied that the basket contains exactly what you wish to send, you can go to the Checkout to complete your order.
At the Checkout Section, you will complete a form with your details, which you should ensure are completely accurate, in case we need to contact you regarding your order, and also to enable us to verify your credit card.

It is important that the address you give is the one registered for the card you are going to use for payment (for example a business card may be registered at your business address whereas a personal card will probably be registered at your home address). This will ensure that your order is processed for delivery with the minimum delay.

You may tick the "Remember Me" field on this form which will mean that the next time you order (from the same computer), you will not need to retype this information.

The next form you are required to complete asks for details of the recipient, and again it is important to complete this accurately to ensure that there is no delay in delivering your order. There is an Address Book facility attached to this form for people to whom your expect to send flowers regularly, to save you retyping their details the next time you send them flowers.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY A TELPHONE NUMBER ON WHICH THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED ON THE DELIVERY DATE. DO NOT GIVE YOUR OWN TELEPHONE NUMBER (UNLESS DELIVERY IS TO YOUR OWN ADDRESS) AS THIS MAY DELAY DELIVERY AND IN SOME CASES MAKE DELIVERY IMPOSSIBLE.

When all of this is completed, you will be transferred to the SagePay Secure Server which processes your credit card details securely. We do not get access to your card information - we only receive a confirmation of the transaction.

When you have completed your payment details the order will be sent and a copy of the order will appear on screen.You should print this for reference, then click the "Done" button at the bottom of the form to return to the Online Store, where you can continue to browse if you wish to place another order or you can exit the site if you have completed your purchases.

So that you may return to the site quickly whenever you wish to place another order we suggest you "Bookmark" the site or add it to your favourites list.
